WHAT IS DELTA-8 AND HOW IS IT MADE?

It is a derivative of hemp THC from CBD. The effects of Delta-8 are much milder when stacked against Delta-9 derived products. It is a sustaining feeling without the intensity of Delta-9.

In 2018, the Farm Bill was signed into law. That legislation states that all derivatives of hemp are legal in the United States as long as they do not contain more than .3% Delta-9 THC. As part of the 2018 Farm Bill, cannabinoids such as CBD, CBG, and Delta-8 THC are part of the legal cannabinoid list.

For your safety, all of our products have been tested by a third-party laboratory that show our product are hemp-derived, meaning they do not contain more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

WHAT IS THCA?

THCA stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, which is a non-psychoactive compound found in raw cannabis. When heat is applied to THCA through a process called decarboxylation, it converts to THC, which is psychoactive. So, THCA flower refers to cannabis flower that contains a high concentration of this non-psychoactive compound.

DRUG RESTRICTIONS

Another thing to keep in mind that although you may live in a state where D8 is legal, because of how similar it is to Delta 9, there is a relatively good chance that you would fail a drug test. This is because drug tests, primarily urine tests, do not test for the cannabinoids THC Delta-9 specifically. They mostly test for a metabolite of delta-9-THC and thus the metabolites may look too similar.

Short and sweet, Wild Gypsy Hemp LLC (dba. Wild Gyspsy/Wild Gypsy Dispensary) is not responsible in any way if you fail a drug test.  We politely tell any existing or prospective customers to refrain from consuming any hemp-derived products if there is even the slightest chance they will have to take a drug tests. If your tests are court related or pertaining to receiving necessary prescriptions from a drug clinic, regardless of the matter, PLEASE don't risk it.

LEGALITY & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

All orders are inspected by hand, packed with care and fulfilled same or next business day. We are not responsible for damage that may occur in the mail. We ship USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required, which includes up to $100 coverage, to help prevent stolen packages. If customer waives the Signature option, it is at the customer's sole risk. With Signature Required packages, several delivery attempts will be made by your local carrier before it will be held at your local post office for signature pickup. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking number provided for current USPS pickup instructions. We are not responsible for any mail delays.

We only sell to adults ages 21 and over. Since it is hemp-based, it is legal to ship our products to most states. The legality of Delta-8 and the other cannabinoids is shifting on a regular basis. Although only a handful of states have legislation specifically targeting Delta-8 as an illegal substance, we HIGHLY SUGGEST doing your own research on your state's stance on them.

Should you place an order for a hemp-based product from our site from a restricted state, we will fulfill and ship any compliant products, issuing you an automatic refund on the items we are unable to fulfill due to non-compliance. If your order is solely hemp-based products in a restricted state, we will automatically refund your money and send you an email notification to advise you our reason for refunding your payment.

ORDER REFUND POLICY

Please note that orders and shipping are non-refundable at the time of purchase and all sales are final.

While we will do our best to assist with any issues, any insurance claims are to be filed by the customer in the event of damage or missing package delivery. If you experience any issues with our products, please notify us promptly via email at hello@wildgypsydispensary.com within 3 days of receiving your product. Please provide photographs to help us troubleshoot any concerns. We will work with our customers on a case-by-case basis and do what we can to help.

By purchasing dispensary-grade hemp products from Wild Gypsy Hemp LLC (dba. Wild Gypsy or Wild Gypsy Dispensary) you hereby take action for yourself, your executors, administrators, customers, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

A) ASSUME ALL OF THE LEGAL AND FINANCIAL RISKS OF PURCHASING, POSSESSING, TRANSPORTING, SHIPPING AND MARKETING INDUSTRIAL HEMP PRODUCTS.

B) WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE WILD GYPSY HEMP LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY ARISING FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT SEIZURES, DAMAGED PRODUCT AND USER NEGLIGENCE.

C) IDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE WILD GYPSY HEMP LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR CLAIMS MADE AS A RESULT OF PURCHASING INDUSTRIAL HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCTS.
